Meals Plus    

Meals Plus for Seniors is a meal Program that provides 100% Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) to any Senior Citizen in our 6 county area.  If you are 60 years of age or older, come join us for a nutritious meal, fellowship, education, entertainment, and an all around good time.  Please call our local meal site listed below for more information & reservations.

For those needing Home Delivered Meals, we provide a minimum of two meals a day.  The Breakfast bag includes cereal, juice, milk, bread and margarine.  The hot, noon meal inclues and entree, two side dishes, dessert, milk, bread and margarine.  The hot meal is provided at the meal sites and to any senior living within city limits of a meal site location.  For all of those living outside of city limits, or for a supper meal, we also provide frozen meals.  Each frozen meal provides 1/3 the Recommended Daily Allowance and is prepared fresh in our kitchen daily.  Frozen meals can be heated in a microwave or a conventional oven.  The heating instructions are located on the top of each frozen meal.  Frozen meals are available to homebound Seniors or meal site participants who also need an evening meal and/or weekend meals.  Frozen meals are delivered on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis in our Hot Shot delivery truck.  The Hot Shot was purchased through a grant from Kraft Food Products.
